Program Director - Ms. Kirsten
Ms. Kirsten has spent many years in the childcare field. She has worked in both School-Age and Preschool programs. She worked with Bancroft Enrichment Program for 7 years as a school-age and Pre-Kindergarten teacher. She worked with Busy Bees Preschool's sister site ABC Preschool and Daycare as a preschool and school-age teacher and was promoted to be Director of Busy Bees Preschool. After being with Busy Bees for a year she was promoted to Program Director for both ABC Preschool and Daycare and Busy Bees Preschool. She has attended CSU East Bay, University of Hawaii and DVC. Ms. Kirsten has an ever-present love of animals and loves to craft and cook.
Director - Ms. Stephanie
Ms. Stephanie completed most of her schooling at Diablo Valley College and will soon be graduating with her A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education May 2011. She has also earned her Master Teacher Certificate in Emergent Curriculum for children. Ms. Stephanie has been working as a teacher for about 20 years. Throughout her profession, she has taught all age groups from infant through school age including working with local school districts in putting together workshops for both teachers and children on topics regarding nutrition, importance of reading as well as advocating for sports programs for young children. Ms. Stephanie is a mother to 3 wonderful boys ages 6, 10 and 14. She coaches youth soccer and basketball and sits on the Board of Directors for her local baseball league. Her belief is finding the simple joys in working with children every day and hopes to be a positive addition to your child's experience at Busy Bees.

School Age Teacher - Ms. Erika
Teddy Bears Co-Teacher - Ms. Amanda
Ms. Amanda has been working with children since 2001, both school age and preschool. She started with babysitting, moved into child care and eventually found that teaching preschool was her calling. She received an AA in ECE from Las Positas College. She grew up in Sunol, on a small farm. She enjoys being outside and spending time with my family and friends. She is an avid reader and enjoys hiking with her mini Australian shepard, Rusty.
Teddy Bears Co-Teacher - Ms. Heidi
Ms. Heidi has been teaching since 2005 in both after-school and preschool programs. She worked with LARPD in Livermore as an associate teacher and at a local preschool. She currently is taking ECE classes at Las Positas College and holds an AA in General Education. She hopes to have a BA in Psychology. She loves to sing and stay active. When the cold weather keeps her indoors she loves to listen to music.
Pre-Kindergarten Co-Teacher - Ms. Tirzah
Ms. Tirzah has taught preschoolers, school ages and even teens. She has an AA in Humanities, a BA in English and her Master's in English. She also has a preschool certification. Ms. Tirzah currently lives in Dublin with her husband and two cats. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family. Ms. Tirzah has a wonderful passion for teaching.
Pre-Kindergarten Co-Teacher - Ms. Lidia
Ms. Lidia has been teaching since 2003. She has worked with Pre-K ages on up to School Age children. Before working with preschool she also volunteered at Southgate Elementary school. She is currently attending Chabot College and majoring in ECE. She has experience with emergent curriculum and is fluent in Spanish. When she's not at Busy Bees, she is hanging with her 2 year old son and fiance thinking up fun things to do. She loves swimming, reading, and just hanging around doing nothing!

Ms. Lindsey has 8 years of Early Childhood Education. Most of her schooling has come from Diablo Valley College. She has her B.A in Liberal Studies and has just recieved her A. A in Early Childhood Edcation among many other Early Childhood Eucation certificates. She has worked in a few preschools and mostly with 2s, but she loves all ages. In her free time she likes play around with photographry and play her flute.
